I know this isn't exactly serious, but you know how little good you can do yourself vacuuming compared to controlled, measured exercise? Like, you know what you're doing and doing it efficiently and all that jazz.

Not that I can talk as I don't even vacuum, but there's a good reason people who just have physical jobs are nowhere near as physically fit as those who do their work at a gym!

  you should have seen my grandfather who was a builder, and until his late 80s he would go up steep hills with heavy loads on his back. I could never keep pace
