Pro If you look at the entire spectrum, some rapes are clear, some are not so clear cases, and a minority are made up or faked.
By putting all rapes into a single category we lose the effectiveness of our legal system to severely punish the first group.

Pro True, but I'm sure you'll agree that 47,000 rapes, 11,000 reports and only 655 convictions is an awful record. The raped vastly outnumber the falsely accused and whilst both need addressing, it's inevitable that more focus is going to be on the former than the latter.

I don't personally know anyone who actually went to jail for rape, but I knew two guys that were arrested just because the girl regretted it the morning after.

But as they weren't prosecuted, presumably the evidence was clear, and justice was done.
In most genuine cases, the woman is so traumatised by the thought of giving evidence that she doesn't even press charges. And the prosecution rate is actually going down.
But any case where one person's word has to be judged against another's is a minefield.

Pro This is difficult Ran to comment upon for either sex...unless one is completely removed. I for one am not.
I hate the thought that someone who is innocent would be sentenced to a lifetime of self punishment.
Whether tis him or her is irrelevant.
Many seems feel that jailing some innocent compensates for the fact that so many rapes go unpunished. But its must not become a number game.

and I think you mean 'so MANY rapes go unpunished'.
Each case has to be judged separately - as you say, it's not a numbers game.
Complex questions never have easy answers.

Pro A sensitive topic, to be sure.
Here in Canada, too, there is a huge percentage of rape cases that go unprosecuted...
And also a huge amount of rapes that go unreported, exactly for the reason that the woman will be thought to have "made it up", "decided she didn't like it the next morning" etc.
The consensus is against women. Men are bigger and stronger than women. If a woman goes with a man, and figures she'll give it a few dates before going all the way, but he figures that because she's there she's fair game, and if she says she's not but he doesn't feel like listening to her and forces himself on her, then what the hell can she do? She agreed to the date, so she's somewhat complicit. People will say "well what did she expect?" and call into question what she was wearing etc. etc... All this adds up and the woman doubts herself, just as your poem sheds doubt on motivations etc. What does a woman do? Does she go and report the guy? Maybe if he beats her up...but even then, she's grilled, made to feel like the guilty one etc.
Many people figure rape only means when it gets violent. But any act of a man forcing himself on a woman, even if she's been there willingly, at the beginning, is rape. People have to respect each other's boundaries!!
I agree to everything you said. But all this doesn't mean that men cannot find themselves as victims, with no way to prove their case

Pro Of course not, but in the case of rape, the situation you describe, is, I think, certainly not the norm.
Honourable of you to champion the underdog though! 
Isn't it like arresting a black person because statistically more black are involved in crime?

Pro Possibly, though there are statistics about these things. Are women sluts because they have sex with men while out on dates? Do sexual women deserve to be raped?
I'm not sure what you are driving at - that the majority of rape prosecutions are unjust? Certainly there will be cases where men are unjustly tried. There are also people in jail for murder when then are innocent, political prisoners being held because "someone" said they are guilty....there is always going to be error. But the larger problem, I believe, is the fact that definitely guilty people are more often than not untried, remain free, continue to perpetrate their crimes and that there are lawyers and judicial systems in place that seem to ensure that this remains so.
What am I driving at?
that each case should be judged by it's own merit, without referring to statistics, and to 'but normally'.
Because we are all part of statistics, and yet, we want the country, the administration and the legal system treat us for who we are
